Location : Beaverton/Portland, OR

Job Description & Skills :
As our Lead Business Intelligence Business Systems Analyst, you'll bring the following :
- Passion for Business Intelligence
- Success in designing and leading requirements elicitation sessions including use of interviews, document analysis, workshops, surveys, site visits, business process outcome modeling, personas, user centric design, task and workflow analysis
- Adaptability and experience in leading teams to determine appropriate requirements capture and management methods including but not limited to use cases, user stories, customer journeys and storyboards
- Successfully elicit from appropriate suppliers all forms of requirements (e.g. functional, performance, usability, compliance, regulatory, technical)
- Hands on participation in and leading teams of BSAs (3+) through full life-cycle Business Intelligence solution delivery projects (more than 15 people, longer than 6 months)
- Experience, interest and adaptability to working in a Lean/Agile solution delivery environment
- Exceptional collaboration, listening, written and verbal communication skills
- Dealing with executive level professionals to drive business outcomes
- Experience in Lean process improvement efforts
- A consultancy approach to your work
- Commitment to collaborating with Data Warehouse developers, report writers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needs.
- Passion for being the liaison between the business units, technology teams and support teams.
- Passion and competency for mentoring, growing and developing the skills of other analysts and team members
- In addition to those general role responsibilities, you'll need some specific experience and have some specific accountabilities, including:
- Strong Leadership identity required
- Strong communication skills required
- Strong SQL skills required
- 6+ years Business Intelligence experience required
- 3+ years SAP experience preferred
- 3+ years SAP BW preferred
- 3+ years Cognos experience preferred
- 2+ years Teradata experience a plus
- SAP AFS experience a plus
