Functional PeopleSoft 9.1 HCM Functional Consultant with AWE (Approval Workflow Engine)
Location: South Florida
Duration: 4 weeks, then would stay on through the upgrade
Rate: OPEN +expenses
Requirement Description: Sr. PeopleSoft 9.1 HCM Consultant required for an 8.9 to 9.1 upgrade who understands the technical aspects of HCM and how to configure and implement AWE. The key to the success of this individual will be their knowledge of the various 9.1 HCM modules (ESS, MSS, ePerformance and TAM) and how to effectively use AWE with strong technical skills and knowledge to act as the key liaison between the business and the IT team. In this role the successful candidate will support the functional team by reviewing current custom workflow and understanding the customer's existing business processes and system functionality, analyzing how to configure and develop the business needs into the upgrade and how to utilize the PS 9.1 HCM modules and AWE to best support developing the requirements and retiring the custom built workflow.
Key responsibilities include:
• Review current 8.9 custom application and delivered 9.1 functionality
• Problem solving – troubleshooting and analyzing processes
• Coaching/Mentoring & Training functional team
• Upgrade of HCM to 9.1 and implement PS 9.1 delivered AWE
Candidates should have at least 2 full life cycles with hands-on AWE configuration experience in multiple 9.1 HCM modules. Preferred candidates will have PeopleSoft 9.1 Certification. Experience with AWE a must.
