Roles & Responsibilities

This individual will work as part of a development team

Major Duties:

·        Support defect analysis and resolution during Quality Assurance test cycle

·        Provide final escalation production support for developed applications

·        Participates in team/Scrum meetings to discuss approaches and status of the defects

·        Complies with all established procedures and policies of Comcast

·        Coordinate and handoff the work between offshore and onsite teams.

·        Other functions that may be assigned

·        Hosting the Production Support Bridges

·        Supporting the late night & Weekend deployments

·        Solving the tickets as per SLA’s
