Job Description:

Role - Test Manager – Oracle Retail Testing

 

·         Over 8-10 years of experience in large Testing Engagements. Previous Retailer and Packaged Applications Testing experience will be a certain Plus.

·         Any previous Oracle Retail testing experience will be highly regarded.

·         Strong Customer and Internal Stakeholder management experience in a matrixed environment is mandatory.

·         Good understanding of Testing process, ability to plan & track Functional, Integration, End to End, Regression Testing, dependency tracking, good understanding of Quality Center, Defect Tracking etc.

·         Able to manage a team of testing professionals both onsite and offshore. Any experience of having worked in an onsite-offshore setup will be a certain plus.

·         Responsible for managing Test Plan, Test Design (Test scenarios, Test cases / Test Data generation), Defect tracking, Reporting and Reviews of Test Deliverables.

·         Good Communication & interpersonal skills, ability to understand client requirements and create good rapport with client stakeholders.

·         Local to the Boston/Greater Boston area or willing to relocate to the Greater Boston area for this project.
