Job Title: Ab Initio Developer with LINUX/ UNIX
Location: Charlotte, NC/ Denver, CO, Minneapolis, MN
Duration: 6 Months

 

Position Description: 
Primary responsibilities include being a technical SME on a project to convert an AIX ETL environment to Red Hat Linux. The candidate will be expected to be a technical leader covering the design, installation, troubleshooting, and care and feeding of a Linux environment running Ab Initio ETL software. Duties will include shell scripting, application configuration, performance testing, capacity management, production support, and development support. 

 

Requirements: Excellent working knowledge of commodity hardware in a clustered configuration, Red Hat Linux, networking concepts, and storage infrastructure fundamentals. Advanced UNIX shell scripting required.  Experience with Ab Initio would be ideal. Experience with data warehousing preferred. 

 

Position can be filled in Denver, CO, Minneapolis, MN or Charlotte, NC, but preference will be given to Charlotte and Minneapolis.
