Position: QA Tester
Location: El Paso, TX or Pontiac, MI
Duration: 8- 10 Months
Rate: $33-35/hr
MUST:
-3-5+ years of hands on experience as a software tester
-Functional testing background in a client/server or web application environment
-Experience in testing (test case creation, execution and validation of results)
-Backend testing experience in Oracle/SQL/Unix
-Unix Scripting
-understand basic commands for unix (ask what they are)
-Have you done any unix scripting? What tools did you use? (looking for corn shell scripting)
-Oracle/SQL server and SQL testing –ability to write queries
-Experience mocking test data to satisfy test scenarios (mock data testing)
Plus:
- Familiar with Quality Center, Clear quest
- Familiarity with DOORS and ClearQuest
- Experience with QTP
- IBM Lombardi
- Documentum
- Autosys
- Familiarity with mortgage business
