Skills Required and Job Description:
Interview Mode: Telephonic
- Designs, configures, and tests software products for the EpicCare Professional Billing and Cadence application supported by a High Performance Team (HPT).
- Primary responsibility is to review the requirements, high-level designs, complete detailed design, build and execute test for the implementation project, and migrate changes to production.
- Provide post go-live support and resolve problem tickets for those applications to which they are assigned.
- Develop deep technical and functional skills in support of the applications supported by the HPT.
- Expected to cross-train so that no single Business Analyst (is solely knowledgeable in any one application.
Skills Preferred:
- Need Business Analyst (Epic Cadence and/or Professional Billing)
- Certified in Epic Professional Billing and Cadence, both preferable
- Minimum 2 years of Epic Experience in EpicCare Professional Billing and/or Cadence Implementation and Support
- Has designed, developed, configured, tested, deployed or supported components of a complex software application
