Business Justification *
Support infrastructure for BOKS, Unix
Responsibility *
1. Support day to day actives for BOKS, and Unix support which involve but not limited to interaction with end users, handling tier2 issues and maintaining SLA. 2.Upgrade existing systems with BOKS system, preserving any customization that may be in place
3.Diagnose and resolve tier-2 technical support issues related to BOKS.
4. Responsible for supporting security event information monitoring
5. Implementation of BOKS clients and servers.
6.Support Unix and BOKS on a day to day basis.
7. Creation and modification of reports for BOKS.
8. Experience in process improvements through monitoring.
Skills *
3+ years of managing and deploying authentication technologies. Must have experience with BOKS and client server based authentication solutions.
Managing Boks SSH for large environment. Must have knowledge about UNIX administration and NIS management.
Managing UNIX Name Services and security for large environment (NIS/NIS+, BIND/DNS, SSH, SUDO). Must have knowledge about UNIX administration, authentication, permissions and access control. Experience with UNIX ServerControl (BoKS) advantage.
Expert understanding of PKI technologies in relation to SSH, SFTP, certificate management, and key recovery.
UNIX certified engineer on either Linux, Solaris, or HPUX.
Programming via shell scripting is a pre-requisite.Must have complete understanding of perl and shell scripting capabilities.
3+ years of deployment of client server authentication solutions.
1+ years of supporting end-users with Remedy.
