Position: Healthcare BA
Location: Nashville, TN
Duration: 6+ Months
Start Date: Immediate

Requirements:

•        Have at least 10+ years of healthcare experience
•        Extensive experience in Claims processing with strong expertise in claims adjudication
•        Knowledge of one or more of the following claims paying systems

preferred:

•     AMISYS, IKA, NASCO, Facets, EZ-Cap, Rims, Qcare, Xcelys, Nexgen, QNXT, ITS, WGS, Call Care Browser and Diamond.
•        Have experience in other areas of HealthCare including Membership Enrollment, Provider, EDI, Fraud & Abuse
•        Should have worked as lead business analyst
•        Experience in Plexis Claims Adjudication is preferred
•        Project Management experience preferred

Responsibilities:

•        Perform capacity planning and reporting
•        Claims related and business system analysis
•        Responsible for all aspects of quality assurance
•        Create and edit requirements, specifications, cost benefit analysis and recommendations to proposed solutions
•        Facilitate development of process documentation
•        Generally work is self-directed and not prescribed.
•        Works with less structured, more complex issues.
•        Serves as a resource to others
•        Assesses and interprets customer needs and requirements
•        Direct supervision of staff
•        Identifies solutions to non-standard requests and problems.
•        Solves moderately complex problems and/or conducts moderately complex analyses.
•        Works with minimal guidance; seeks guidance on only the most complex tasks
•        Translates concepts into practice
•        Provides explanations and information to others on difficult issues
•        Coaches, provides feedback, and guides others
•        Acts as a resource for others with less experience.
