Job Description:
Defined as problem requests where the solution is not performing as
specified in requirements documents
o Level 3 Support for GL, AP, OBIEE Reports including ETL / RPD
configuration
o Level 3 support Includes:
Additional Problem Diagnosis as required with interaction with Level
2/3 onshore support team
Coding the resolution
Unit Testing
Migration activities including creation of the revised software
package for the technical support team
Implementation support
Help Level 2/3 with closing problems
Updating technical designs
Levels of response and resolution are defined by the SLAs
Skills Requirement:
o Experience with Oracle BI Applications (OBIA – 7.9.6) – Must have
o Experience with OBIA Data model/OBIA
Architecture/Informatica/DAC/Integrating OBIA with external systems –
Must have
o Experience with configuring Financial Analytics, including
ETL/DAC/RPD/OBIEE 11g components – Must have
o Ability to trouble-shoot and quickly resolve OBIA Financial Analytics
implementation issues –
o Experience integrating OBIA with external systems and databases.(can
be trained)
o Experience with OBIA in a Teradata environment – (can be trained)
o Experience with performance tuning in an Informatica/Teradata
environment (can be trained)
