Urgent Requirement:-Java Developer (GA, 12+ Months)

                  NEED JAVA DEVELOPER

 

Location: Alpharetta, GA
Duration: 12 + Months

Performs design and coding from specifications, analyzes, evaluates, tests, debugs, documents, and implements complex software apps;
Uses coding methods in specific programming languages to initiate or enhance program execution and functionality;
Participate in the evaluation, recommendation, and selection of hardware and software solutions; Perform project management of estimating, scheduling, and monitoring tasks; Performs expert-level engineering tasks associated with the analysis, design, and development of application software design.
Research/analyze data processing functions, methods and procedures; Monitor program execution for expected performance;

Job Requirements:
1. Candidates for this position should possess a Bachelor's degree (or above) in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
2. 7+ years experience in Java development and support.
3. 3+ years experience in Oracle database. Ability to write PL/SQL and strong knowledge on database tuning.
4. 3+ years experience on UNIX environment. Ability to build Apache server with Oracle and PHP.
5. 3+ years experience on Java Swing, GWT, and Web Service.
6. Strong knowledge of Core Java 1.5+, Java Swing, JDBC, Hibernate, and Threading model.
7. Strong knowledge of web related technologies including GWT, Web Service, XML, HTML, CSS, and Tomcat.
8. Strong knowledge of Eclipse IDE and Tomcat application server.
9. Familiar with SDLC and source code controls, especially Subversion.
 
Plus:
1. Comfortable with UNIX scripting, ANT, PHP, and PERL.
2. Strong knowledge on design pattern to develop middleware
3. Leadership experience is strongly preferred
4. Familiar with Telecom industry and/or Wireless technologies.
