Role: Technical Architect
Experience: 12-18 years
Mandatory Skills:
· At least 5 years of experience in the capacity of a software architect
· Should have architected and designed systems involving multi-platforms and distributed architecture.
· Ability to produce quick prototypes for new approaches and technologies.
· Must have worked on projects with high degree of dynamics in terms of changing requirements and priorities.
· Excellent customer management skills
· Sound knowledge of design on Embedded systems and Java based applications on Linux based environments.
· Must have knowledge on asynchronous event based systems
· Very good knowledge of Design patterns and their applications in real systems.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Ability to communicate design rationale and build consensus
- Ability to prioritize and manage work to critical project timelines in a fast-paced environment
- Must be organized, have an eye for detail, and be able to put ideas into a tangible form
