Need Java Developer and Designers

Location: St. Louise, MO

Duration: 6+ months

 

 

 

Must have's for Java developer:

 

1.     Core Java (inheritance, threading, etc.)

2.     Web application work

3.     Spring (min. MVC or Struts)

4.     Local app deployment (RAD)

5.     Application troubleshooting

 

Must have's for Java designers:

 

1.     All developer must-have's

2.     UML

3.     Some design patterns (as a designer not a dev)

4.     Be able to answer judgment questions (i.e. why would you use this tech versus that one? Or Why would you use SOAP versus West?)  *I have no idea what is West.  Never heard of it.
