Details of Position:
Sr. Business Systems Analyst position currently supports the application development cycle for Healthcare and non-Healthcare. Resource must be capable of collection, analysis, and creation of detailed and clearly written business requirements and functional designs under the guidance of a Lead Business Systems Analyst or Project Leader. Other responsibilities include: AS IS / TO BE system process modeling,functional decomposition, use cases to support test script development, validation, defining user interfaces / screen prototypes or mock-ups, obtaining stakeholder approval, development of requirements traceability matrix, review of test scripts / scenarios with respect to requirements, facilitation of requirements work and review,estimating/tracking work effort, provide support during various testing phases as needed, compliance training, and using standard processes and templates provided for documenting requirements. Management Skills: Candidate must have strong organizational, written and oral communication, and relationship/team skills. Experience in the use of MS Office Products (i.e. Excel, Word, Paint, Project, PowerPoint, etc), iRise, Process Modeler/Visio, Oracle SQL, and IS Modeler.
