Job Description: The Operations Manager position requires an understanding of Operations Management ranging from Incident Management, Problem Management to Change Management. Candidate is required to understand how a Service Desk works and the processes associated with end to end problem management
In addition, ideal candidate should have Project Management skills, with general knowledge of PMI or Prince2 methodologies. Communication Management, Risk Management, Project Scoping, Requirements Gathering, Project Execution and Control and Problem Solving techniques are essential. Knowledge of Help Desk software helpful. Knowledge of Server and Network Infrastructure recommended.
