IBM Websphere lead
- 5 to 8 years of experience in developing Portlets using Spring Portlet MVC framework, WebSphere Portal 6.1 and JSR 168 standard is extremely important.
- Expert knowledge and development experience with Java, J2EE, JSP, JDBC, JAXB, Servlets, RAD6/7, DAOs, JUnit, SQL, HTML, XML, JAX-WS, WSDL, AJAX.
- Demonstrated experience with Spring MVC, SOAP UI.
- Development experience on the WebSphere Application Server platform.
- Experience deploying and testing portals.
- Experience using message model schemas and Unix / AIX.
- Solid knowledge of SOA, Object-Oriented design and programming concepts, design patterns.
- Ability to train and mentor others on portal/ portlet development.
- Solid understanding of relational databases
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
