Role       : Performance testing with Oracle EBS

Location: Keene, NH

Duration: 6+ months

 

This person will be responsible for all aspects of performance testing thru the full systems lifecycle from requirements gathering through implementation. This person will work closely with our clients and must demonstrate professional knowledge to ensure that the work products and deliverables are of the highest caliber to ensure client satisfaction. This person will also apply subject matter expertise to identify, develop, and implement techniques to improve engagement productivity, increase efficiencies, mitigate risks, resolve issues, and optimize cost savings and efficiencies for each client.

 

Technology
• Experience with all aspects of product testing including test planning, documentation, execution, defect management and reporting
• Experience with Quality Assurance testing and performance testing
• Knowledge of categorizing and prioritizing analysis and mapping workload for planning and forecasting

 • Knowledge of integration points and the order in which these must be executed
• Experience working with design, implementation, and support of knowledge management solutions and related technologies for collaborative information sharing

. Oracle EBS position is must.
• Experience with gap analysis and strategic roadmap/blueprint development
• Experience with large Full Life Cycle (FLC) project implementations
• Mastery of QA methodologies, best practices and standards

• College degree in a related area of study, with advanced degree highly preferred
• A strong track record of professional success, preferably in the Consulting Services arena

Responsibilities

•  Develop automated volume/stress test scripts using HP LoadRunner or equivalent Rational Tools
• Provide input into the overall test process and Test Plan
• Identify the required data to support dry run, shakeout, and actual execution of each script for volume/stress testing
• Support the data identification and gathering efforts from various process and program teams as required
•   Provide the test lead with accurate and precise estimates for assigned task duration, along with confidence levels and foreseeable dependencies
•   Assist in analyzing results and addressing issues or defects
• Adhere to the discrepancy management process if defects are found
•  Collaborate with other test team members, Business and IT process teams, IT program teams, and Infrastructure personnel as required to complete all necessary preparation, execution, and close out efforts
• Partner with the Performance and Test team leads to automate all scenarios in scope for that wave and provide daily status updates on progress made
