Tech Lead – Advanced Java
6-8  years of experience as JAVA
Experience must include
1. Experience in working with distributed Agile
2. Hands-on experience in Adobe Flex, Spring 3.x (including Spring Batch, Spring JMS) & Hibernate is must.
3. Experience in tools like Maven, CheckStyle/PMD-CPD, JUnit, cobertura/EMMA, Bamboo/continuum/Jenkins/Hudson (Continuous Integration)

 

1. Must have worked in Java EE projects before as technical lead/senior developer.
2. Must have experience in technically leading a development team in daily basis, understand the technical issues, help in solving those.
3. Creating & validating any Proof of Concepts needed for the project
4. Must have the knowledge of design patterns, UML diagrams - to produce, understand and develop the code accordingly.
5. Must be able to produce/understand  the design artifacts like HLD/LLD.
6.Experience in a scrum agile project will be an added advantage.
6. Knowledge & hands-on experience of Java EE - Container Managed Transactions, JTA, JMS
7.Knowledge & hands-on experience in webservices (JAX-WS/Apache Axis)
8. Knowledge of RESTful Webservices JAX-RS will be an additiona advantage (optional).
9. Knowledge of ZK framework will be an additional advantage(optional).
10. Knowledge of Tomcat & JBoss EAP
11.Working experience in Eclipse based IDE

• Strong Analytical ability and team work.
