Interview Process – Phone and Skype (Locals preferred if they could do F2F Screen)

Need a strong Oracle guy with hybrid combination of both DBA with RAC & strong PL/SQL development skills. Need to have 11g exp. 
Client has both Linux and Windows OS. Some exp working on windows  cluster is desired.
