Looking for resource with PeopleSoft Financials experience version 9.0 and expertise lies within Billing and AR. Function resource.

A leading hedge fund. Omnium has PeopleSoft 8.9 AR and Billing which support all the client Fee Billing information. We are starting on a PeopleSoft AR and Billing on 9.1 implementation project in NT. NT needs to take over the Omnium support by moving all the PS AR and Billing from Omnium to NT.
We are looking for a lead functional role person who will be responsible in the all the configuration of PeopleSoft AR and Billing. Need to have experience in PS AR and Billing implementation and would be a plus understanding PS GL.
