| # Positions | Our preferred vendor is looking for a senior techno - functional resource. Interviews can be arranged the following day. Description: ü Senior CRM Consultant - E-Commerce Architect. ü Proficient in E-Commerce functionalities of B2C, B2B and BoB web shops ü Should have in-depth knowledge of setting up these web shops and doing corresponding XCM Configuration ü Knowledgeable about web based User Management tool ü Hands on configuration experience in E-Commerce related settings such as reference customer, catalog replication, transaction types etc ü Thorough understanding on Product Catalog structure, use of views, target groups ü Should have led workshops on requirement gathering and design presentation ü Should have worked on creating various project deliverables such as Blue Print documents, Configuration Documents, Test Scripts, Functional Design specs etc ü Worked on on-shore and off-shore delivery model ü Working knowledge of integration of CRM with Paymetrics and Vertex ü Worked on handling credit card payments in web shops ü Working knowledge of backend ECC integration ü Aware of industry best practices in E-Commerce ü Worked on coordinating custom enhancements in ABAP and JAVA ü Worked on Variant Configuration in CRM |
