Location:San Antonio, TX
Length :3+ months


 Requirements:
4-5 years of Remedy experience!!!
 Must have Experience with requirement gathering and
documentation' for a  implementation.
Heavy Workflow and Screens
Knowledge of ITIL V3 processes (ie. Incident Management, Request Fulfillment, Change management, Release management being the most important)
Business Process Engineering Certifications
Industry Experience – Managing IT Services
4-5 years' experience performing role and has mentored other analysts
Basic Analyst skills
Requirements
Analysis
Design
Excellent Communication Skills to include facilitation skills
Ability to write test cases and conditions that map back to requirements
MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
