QA Lead - Mainframe, AS/400
Detroit/Somerset
3-6 Months
Responsibilities :
- Ensures accuracy of all deliverables.
- Downstream follow up action arising out of the defect counts.
- Designs and implements approved team structures to support QA activities across the organization.
- Establishes and implements a QA schedule calendar to effectively deploy QA resources across mulitple projects.
- Continuously maintains and improves team member skill sets through design and implementation of formal training plans.
- Designs and runs mentoring programs for QA personnel responsibilities and technology for efficient implementation.
- Achieves and records documented positive feedback on quality assurance of every project
- Works with external QA Teams - manages, leads and mentors
- Understands processes & standards
Required :
- Extensive experience working on Synon/AS400/ Mainframe Systems and applications
- 8 Years Experience with Ability to prepare test data, perform AS400/ Mainframe data setups
- 8-10 Years Experience with Solid in Quality Assurance Concepts
- 8-10 years experience in similar role including experience with Test Strategic Planning.
Desired :
- 5 Years Pharmacy Benefit Management Experience
- 3-5 Years Eligibility, Claims Processing, Prior Authorization and Reporting
