TITLE: QA TEST LEAD

LOCATION: FT. LAUDERDALE,FL

DURATION: 3 MONTHS WITH EXTENSIONS (LONG TERM)

 

Qualifications:

The Test Lead must be flexible, dependable, capable of multi-tasking, and quickly learning complex concepts.  The individual must be expert in the area of testing with an understanding of test tools and how those apply to the overall testing process.

 

The Test Lead should have a solid understanding of:

•             Test process/methodology

•             Test tools (IBM Rational ClearQuest, Manual Tester, and Performance Tester preferred)

 

The Test Lead should also have a working knowledge of:

•             Requirements management

•             Design and development strategy and tools

•             Risk identification and management

 

Requirements:

•             4-year degree in computer science or related field or equivalent experience,

•             6+ years  in the area of Testing

•             3+ years in the role of Test Lead

•             Prior experience leading system test efforts
