Title/Role: PeopleSoft HCM/HRMS Technical Consultant

Work Location: Johns Creek, GA

Duration: 6+ Months

Description: 

 

A top level technical design contributor in one or more highly specialized phases of application system analysis and programming with strong business application knowledge. Acting independently with minimal direction, supports the management team in providing leadership and technical consulting and expertise in the development, modification, and implementation of highly complex information systems that conform to MST standards and methodology. Translates customer requirements, recommending system solutions and formulating detailed specifications from which programs are written. Provides leadership in the evaluation and recommendation of hardware and software solutions used throughout the industry for use at MST.

REQUIRED:
? 7+ years People Tools experience including Application designer, Application Engine, Component Interface, Workflow
. Experience using XML Publisher and Integration Broker
? 7+ years experience with Oracle or another relational database
? 7+ years SQL and SQR experience
. Experience with PeopleSoft Security in release 9.0 or higher
? 7+ years knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM data and data model.
. Experience with PeopleSoft eComp module
? Experience reviewing new versions of PeopleSoft and recommending how to use new functionality to solve complex business problems
. Experience planning or designing data conversions or re-populating of operational databases.
. Experience working with external vendors and teams on integration of PeopleSoft with 3rd party applications
. Ability to Research existing software components and technology, explore design and infrastructure options, and recommend solutions based on customer requirements
? Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into technical requirements
? Proven ability to design, code and unit test highly complex projects
? Proven ability to identify developmental or design risks and action plans
? Ability to act as consultant on complex problems
