·         Must have 2-3+ years of Agile Development Experience

·         Must have expertise in MVC or MVP,

·         Must have experience with OO software architecture and the SLDC,

·         Must have experience with GWT/GXT. 

·         Experience / Knowledge of the Spring framework and J2EE. 

·         Knowledgeable with Oracle 10g, Weblogic, Apache, SQL, JDBC. 

·         Past experience with the agile delivery method, particularly scrum is a plus.
