TITLE: QA Analyst
 
DURATION: 6 Months+
 
LOCATION: San Francisco, CA
 
OVERVIEW:
 
 
Sr QA Analyst in support of the Behavioral Health project. The QA Analyst will be expected to execute and track 'end-to-end' integrated testing across multiple systems with multiple teams, including external vendors.
Responsibilities include:
Review changes to Business Requirements, Functional Requirements and Technical Specifications and modify/enhance existing test cases
Execute effectively on the test plan and test cases
Identify and report defects through the standard process and documents set up by the project
Assist the development teams on the analysis of defects and track them to successful resolution
Work closely with the Business Testing team during UAT to assist with their defect reporting and
analysis. Act as the system/application SME for UAT
Provide accurate and timely testing status reports to the QA Lead and Project Manager
Assist the QA Lead in the creation of the project Test Summary report
Ability to time-manage and execute on multiple workstreams
 
Required skillset and experience:
Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively work with both business and technical teams
Strong Knowledge and recent experience in business areas of medical authorizations and claims
Previous experience on a project where major changes were made in the integration of systems
Strong SQL on Oracle 10g
Strong data analysis skills, especially in the area of data exchange between multiple systems
Quality Center
Able to create and maintain automation scripts in QTP
