Oracle Fusion Middleware Developers:
Required Skills
- Strong in Oracle based SOA concepts, WebServices, BPM/BPEL core concepts
- Strong in Java programming
- Good experience in server side programming – servlets,http protocols,states,session
- Medium knowledge about messaging and other network protocols
- Strong in SQL programming – query, sub-query, joins, pl/sql,exception handling
- Strong in writing java web services and consuming BPEL/ESB services
Preferred Skills
- Ability to wrap current web service extensions into Fusion Middleware 11g
- Experience writing Fusion middleware services to exchange data with incoming legacy applications
- Experience with Fusion middleware SOA framework version 11g
- Ability to write Fusion middleware processes to collect real time transactions from the incoming legacy systems and provide business rule validation of data and documents to be routed as per company policy
Experience Tenure
- Four or more years overall development experience (regardless of technology)
- One or more years of experience using WebLogic Server (WLS) 11g
- One or more years of experience in Oracle development using Application Development Framework (ADF)
- One or more years of experience using JDeveloper as IDE
- Preferred: Experience with Web Center Framework (WCF)
- Preferred: Experience with Web Center Spaces
- Preferred: Experience with Oracle Data Services Integrator (ODSI)
Soft Skills
- Ability to work expeditiously with a strong sense of quality.
- Knowledge of, and the ability to apply, necessary computer programming practices and procedures.
- Ability to apply the principles of independent logical thinking to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
- Ability to display and react with a strong sense of urgency.
- Ability to comprehend the consequences of various problem situations and to refer them for appropriate decision making.
- Proficiency in SQL and relational database concepts.
- Ability to design program logic, prepares test data, and test programs.
- Ability to review business requirements and compare to application for possible deviations from customer expectations.
- Excellent trouble shooting and problem solving skills.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities, establish work flows, and to meet necessary deadlines.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
