REQ DETAILS:

                      

Location: KATY, TX

 

Duration: 6+ Months

 

Our well known Houston area client is implementing Oracle and needs QA testers who have experience testing with at least one of the following Retail modules:

 

RMS

RDF

RPM

ReIM

RTM

SIM

 

 

General Requirements:

Software testing experience

Backend testing using SQL

Experience with eCommerce applications a plus

 

Ability to do manual testing

Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously

Ability to work and communicate effectively with people at all levels of the organization

Ability to work independently or part of a project team

Communication effective listening, speaking, and writing skills

Acceptable level of hearing and vision to perform job duties.

Reviews requirements and writes Test Plan.

Generates test scripts/cases and test data to test against.

Performs manual testing of applications functional, integration, etc.

Validates backend data.

Reports defects and issues encountered during the testing process.

Performs regression testing.

Works closely with Business Analysts and Developers to test various applications to ensure application functionality matches user requirements.

Works closely with developers to troubleshoot bugs and bring issues to closure.
