DESCRIPTION:

MANDATORY SKILLS:

?Providing continual active improvements for middleware services including research, planning, and implementation of service upgrades and enhancements. 

?Monitoring the ITSM to resolve customer issues and meet service expectations

?Interacting with project managers to provide project updates and to identify risks and issues. 

?Managing middleware team tasks to meet project requirements. 

?Must have strong, independent problem solving skills and is self-directed 

?Excellent understanding of application interfaces, network design and implementation, Windows internals and subsystems. 

?Proven analytical, problem solving and organizational ability

 

QUALIFICATIONS(Mandate):

?Five+ years of production support experience

?Strong Administration skills in Windows 2003/2008  and MSSQL DB infrastructure support

?Strong troubleshooting skills of  Applications on Windows platforms

?Scripting experience either in SQL or windows bash scripting language

?Strong experience in Microsoft SQL Server

?Install, deploy, configure and support the SQL batches and Tomcat app

?Experience with Windows Operating systems (package installation/management), light Windows scripting, with an emphasis on Windows 2003/2008
