Job Description:

We need Oracle OAF developer with HRMS background. Must have strong hand on experience with OAF development coupled with HR (Core Human Resources, Oracle Advance Benefits, Talent Management) modules. Proven experience developing form enhancements and customizations with OAF and HRMS module (s) in an Oracle R 11i/R12 EBS environment is the primary requirement

 

Job details:

·         8 years overall experience; 6+ years of technical experience implementing and supporting Oracle HR / Benefits / Compensation.

·         Solid functional understanding of Oracle HRMS modules. Oracle Advanced Benefits is a plus.

·         Experience with Fast Formulas, Workflows, Extensions, OAF.

·         Experience implementing inbound and outbound interfaces to and from Oracle EBS.

·         Extensive experience interpreting functional documents and writing technical specifications for system integrations, systems changes or system enhancements.

·         Highly skilled with SQL, PL/SQL programming, Unix Shell Scripting languages and techniques.

·         Experience working with SQLLoader, Toad, SQLPlus or other Oracle development tools

·         Strong Communication and interpersonal skills

·         Strong problem-solving and analytic skills.

·         Demonstrated ability to effectively work both independently and within cross functional project teams that span multiple time-zones.

·         Ability to work in a fast paced, demanding, and fluid environment.
