Must-haves

-6 years Application Support Analyst experience
-Technical expertise with Siebel applications
-Excellent communication and ability to collaborate
-Strong experience monitoring applications (prefer Client OpenView and BCM)
-Strong understanding of Middleware

-Architecture implementation

 

Day-to-Day

This Application Support Analyst will be responsible for supporting enterprise Siebel systems running on both Windows and Unix platforms. This person will be working independently on escalated issues and responsible for monitoring, investigating, and resolving the issues with little guidance. They will be working closely with the middleware team as well as other technical teams within the organization. The Analyst will also be responsible for performance tuning communicating why the performance is down and putting correct monitoring tools in place to prevent issues. 24/7 environment, rotation every 4 to 5 weeks.
