I need a Customer Service – Business PM to lead or co-lead Customer Service Division projects that can be either Divisionally-specific or cross-Divisional. This person will partner closely with the IT Project Managers already assigned to these projects. Experience in managing large projects over a complete life cycle from idea generation to deployment and post-production support. PMP designation and Insurance experience is preferred.
