Role : SharePoint Developer
Location: Midland, MI
Duration: 3+months contracts/Full Time
Required Skills:
Minimum 6-12 Months of experience with MS SharePoint 2010 Enterprise
Minimum 2 years experience on Production Support & Enhancement + Minimum 3 years of experience with Sharepoint & MOSS 2007
Minimum 1 years of experience in .NET &SQL Server/oracle
Minimum 6-12 Months of experience in ASP, VB, ASP.Net
Job description :
· At least 3+ years of technical consulting experience or as an architect/programmer, with a minimum of 2 years" experience in .Net 3.x, SharePoint 2007, SQL 2005/2008 development.
· Possess knowledge and experience in developing, customizing and implementing solutions using SharePoint custom development like web part, custom future, event handler custom site definition, custom field, Multi-Lingual Site, external integration like search with Endeca.
· Excellent knowledge of programming / systems analysis, as well as quality assurance, prototyping, construction, integration
· Good problem solving and analytical skills, using them to resolve technical problems; possesses an excellent understanding of business requirements and IT strategies
· Should be thorough with SP deployment best practices and should have been part of at least 2 SP production deployment activities.
· Should have good understanding of overall SP Architecture like publishing site and form authentication.
· Should be able to work as an Individual contributor as and when required.
· Should demonstrate through experience the ability to work on more than 1 project simultaneously in parallel.
· Should be proficient in Agile / SCRUM methodologies and their application to SP development.
