DESCRIPTION:
This position is for a Business Analyst to help with the implementation of a Data Governance program.
Roles & Responsibility:
* Implementing a data stewardship program
* Coordinating the population of a data dictionary
* Identifying and updating policies related to data governance
* Helping to create processes for data access requests and data requests
* Identifying data elements that are PII
* Creating training modules for staff working with PII data
* Coordinate data definition activities between major department projects
SKILLS -- REQUIRED:
* Business Analyst senior roles
* Working directly with business users
* Document policies and procedures
* Project Management
* Team building
* Plan and deliver user training
* Self-directed
* Log, organize and prioritize work
* Excellent organization, analytical, and communication skills
* Enterprise wide Data Dictionary
* Data governance best practices
* 1st language English or equivalent (7+ years in English speaking situations like US, Europe, Asia Pac)
