Need QA Test Lead

Position: QA Test Lead

Location: Jackson, MI

 

Test Lead will provide support for the overall test planning and delivery of quality software applications. This includes Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Test Infrastructure & Tools, Test Management Reports and Test Data management. Specific knowledge & skills include:

·         3 + years of Test Lead experience in either SAP or Non-SAP environment

·         Significant experience leading previous large scale testing efforts in onsite/Offshore Model

·         Work with testing resources to drive all testing deliverables to completion

·         Ensure Customer's PMO standards and methods are utilized, including use of QA standard methods and tools (SDLC – Agile (SCRUM) & Waterfall)

·         Manage QC Test planning, Test execution and defects in Quality Center including QC training

·         Manage test scope, data and testing resource needs

·         Ability to peer review test cases, write and analyze customized HP QC Excel reports (Macros & SQL) for test plan, test execution & Defects.

·         Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously

 

Qualifications include:

·         Strong Experience in a utility environment supported by SAP, preferred.

·         QA & ITIL Certification preferred

  • Write PL/SQL stored procedures as necessary to create desired ad-hoc reports
  • Create queries using SQL against the Quality Center database and  Creating macros

·       Expertise in MS word, Visio ,Excel Functions & Formulas

·         Creating Job Aids, Dashboards and Score Cards

·         Experience with HP Quality Center Administration(10.0 & 11.0) preferred

·         Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)

·         Team player with strong interpersonal skills

·         Bachelor's degree in IT or Business, required
