Position: Web Based UX/UI Tester

Location: Atlanta,GA OR Richmond,WA  OR Seattle,WA

Duration: 6+ Months

User experience (UX) Researcher/Tester

-          2+ years UX research experience, with emphasis on usability testing

-          Bachelor's degree

-          Experience with usability testing, traditional psychology, and user research methods

-          Both manual and automated testing experience

This position is a combination of testing and research – if candidate is stronger in one over the other they will still work!

Day to Day:

-          Working with the UX team to evolve the enterprise application used by retail and call center employees

-          Testing current application designs with users (mostly frontline users)

-          Conducting research so the team can adjust for issues within applications

-          Collect and analyze web behavior through web metrics, interviews, prototype testing, onsite and remote lab studies, and surveys
