Job Description:
· Minimum 8 -10 years of experience in software design and development
o Strong knowledge of OOD, software design patterns and principles
o Java 5/6 expert
o Strong knowledge of J2EE, Weblogic
o Strong JPA, JTA, JMS and Spring framework
o Knowledge of SOA based development and Cloud computing
o Strong Web Service, XML technologies (SOAP, JAXB, WSDL, XML)
o Strong knowledge JUnit and Test Driven Development practices
o Experience with Oracle SQL
o Strong problem solving abilities
o Experience working with Agile software development methodologies (Scrum, XP)
o Able to work under minimal supervision
o Encourages input from all members of the team
o High energy, results driven person with strong interpersonal skills
o Excellent communication skills and the ability to interface with more senior co-workers and leadership with confidence and clarity
o Able to energize teams through inclusiveness and connection with people
o Builds loyalty and commitment
o Able to work well with global teams, including time-zone flexibility
Essential Responsibilities
· Internal Lead Software Developers work in a team made up of Software Engineers, Quality Engineers, User Interaction Design Engineers, Software Architects, and the Product Owner team to lead the design, development, and delivery of high quality software in a fast paced, challenging, and creative environment. Lead Software Developers are expected to bring knowledge and experience to the development teams.
