Job Description

Data Modeler– Technical

Location: Milwaukee, WI, USA

1. Total 5 ~ 8 years of IT exp in Data warehousing areas which include data modeling concepts.

2. Preferably should have worked in two end to end data modeling projects. Good to have Global Implementation projects exposure.

3. Tools to be worked / conversant with: 

o Languages: 

i. Must have: Teradata BTEQ, MLDM, MDM

ii. Good to Have: Oracle PL/SQL

o Databases: At least good in one of the following Databases

i. Teradata  

ii. Oracle

o Tools/framework:        

i. Must have: Informatica; ERWIN, MLDM

ii. Good to Have: Oracle, Visio, Cognos and BO

o Functional: 

i. Good to have: Oracle / SAP ERPs as source systems

4. Should have been at least 2 Years at Onsite Role and performed the role of data modeler at onsite.

5. Good understanding of software development life cycle and Quality processes

6. Presales support – Estimation / Providing Technical Solutions

7. Have worked with projects in the domain areas of Manufacturing or Healthcare 

8. Others: 

o Good team management skills.

o Good communication and interpersonal skills.
