1. Minimum 5 years experience with C# and the .Net environment
2. Minimum 1 year experience with the MVC pattern implemented in ASP.NET
3. Minimum 3 years' experience writing stored procedures for Oracle
4. Minimum 1 year experience AJAX experience using jQuery AJAX functionality
5. Minimum 3 years' experience writing unit tests (nMock 2 preferred)
6. Minimum 3 years' experience writing Web Services (not consuming)
7. Minimum 6 months experience in practicing SCRUM methodology
8. Experience using Windows Communication Foundation (WCF)
9. Experience using Windows Visual Studio .Net 2010
10. Experience using Team Foundation Server
11. Documentation of code and UI development
12. Analyze, troubleshoot, and solve software problems
13. Work with Agency and enterprise standards
14. Demonstrate strong commitment to the principles of trust, teamwork and collaboration
15. Demonstrate organizational and interpersonal skills; excellence in cross-group collaboration; ability to deal with ambiguity; strong drive for results
