Responsibilities - Visual Designer

PayPal is seeking a course developer to produce and develop instructional materials for internal training courses. Most courses will be based on Clarity and provide process instruction. Develop new course modules to be incorporated into existing courses, as well as research, design and implement new courses. 

Responsibilities 
• Conduct training needs analysis 
• Define learning objectives 
• Generate mastery tests 
• Design course(s) 
• Develop exercises and select training delivery options 
• Evaluate training delivery and measure results 
• Recommend changes to current programs 
• Prepare classroom curricula, lectures, demonstrations, presentations and may also be responsible for developing online and/or mobile training programs. 

Qualifications 

- 5+ years experience and proven success in developing training courses for internal personnel. 
- Demonstrated ability in analyzing current and future strategies regarding training and should be able to - -implement new and innovative training strategies into the organization. 
- Knowledge of management systems required for online learning as well as mobile training systems.
- Experience using Camtasia and Articulate a plus. 
- Experience creating online simulations for hands on exercises. 
- Experience using Assima cloning tool a plus. 
- Excellent problem solving, communication and organizational skills. 
- Able to work independently and communicate with personnel at all levels in an organization. 
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as public administration, business administration, organization management and industrial psychology and management.
