# Positions	local candidates who can attend a FTF interview. anyone from RI, MA or NH GENERAL CONSULTANT ACCOUNTABILITIES Manage the development of customer, system, quality and process requirement artifacts Manage and communicate changes to existing requirements Act as a liaison between PMO, Product Management, DMO, customers, vendors and software development and system testing teams Identify requirements for some or all     JOB SPECIFICATIONS Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems, Business Process Modeling, Geographic Information Systems or Quality Engineering Training or Certification in: System Analysis, Process Development, Quality or Data Modeling 7-10 years relevant Systems Analysis work experience 2 years of business and application domain knowledge preferred to understand the database and the user community needs International business experience preferred Developed technical knowledge of software development, databases and operating systems Task estimation for individual tasks with assistance One Operating System (e.g., Unix, Linux, Windows) One Database Environment (e.g., Oracle, SQL) Complete one of the following: design document, test matrix, technical presentation, Configuration/Release Management plan, production release coordination or demo Good oral and written communication skills and diplomatic presentation approach Demonstrated ability to write documentation and conduct analysis that is technically accurate and conforms to the standards Professional demeanor and customer-focused orientation Developed relationship building ability Solid ability to work effectively both independently and with others
