| Additional Information: | Supporting a Data Center in Seattle, WA. Needs EMC and NetApp SAN experience. Capable of working alone or as part of a team. Ability to follow directions and adhere to strict management policies. Expected to administer, configure, and support Enterprise Storage environments across multiple mission-critical systems. Required to assist in the design, deployment, and maintenance of effective SAN solutions. Expected to be able to support and maintain EMC Symmetrix arrays (DMX, VMAX) SRDF, Time Finder and/or Mirror view. Expected to be able to support and maintain NetApp (SAN) array. | Daily Work Description | • Maintain, update, and manage full disk/tape SAN infrastructure • Create and maintain SAN documentation/drawings for all storage • Perform zoning activity on the san switches • Install and configure storage software and drivers • Work with vender to schedule and perform array upgrades as required • Configure all storage arrays for new and existing server builds • On demand troubleshooting (24x7) under SLA restrictions • Perform maintenance during off-peak hours as scheduled and approved • NetApp experience – SAN support knowledge required • Knowledge of client Processes (Incident, Change, and Problem Management) • Design/solution and prepare project work | Expected Hours/Week | Regular 40 Hours Overtime 0 Hours | |
