Title: Seeking a Junior ClearQuest Rational Infrastructure Specialist

Location: Atlanta, GA     

Work Status: Citizen/EAD/Green Card

Max Rate :  40$hrc2c

Projected Duration: 1 Year

 

REQUIREMENTS

Do you have a minimum of 4 years experience   Junior ClearQuest Rational Infrastructure Specialist              ?

 

Do your skills and experience include?

•             Must have ClearQuest schema coding experience 

•             Setup or change the Rational Tools like ClearCase, ClearQuest, Rational testing tools, RTC, RQM, Appscan, BuildForge, RPE environment.

•             Manage the Rational Tools environment

•             ClearCase Administration by managing VOBs,views,access control,scheduling tasks,pools.

•             Create Triggers and Managing other Metadata types

•             ClearCase new user access control management

•             Setup and manage ClearCase Multisite environment by replica creation, synchronization, troubleshoot multisite operations

•             Resolve incidents leveraging knowledge base, job aides and application experience

•             Adhere to defined Performance Matrix

•             Perform root cause analysis for all tickets based on requirement

•             Perform root cause analysis and recommend corrective action for high severity tickets based on requirement

•             Coordination with Shared Service Help Desk as required

•             L1 & L2 Tickets (Trouble & Tasks) Analysis, Diagnostics and Resolution

•             L3 Ticket Analysis, Diagnostics and Resolution

•             L1 & L2 Determine long term fix for the ticket

•             Requirements and design for new or changed ClearCase environment

•             Creation of Schemas and installation of packages

•             Must have excellent communication skills.

 

Must have ClearQuest schema coding experience - do not submit candidates without this skill clearly identified and details provided of their work.
