Position  :      PeopleSoft CRM Techno Functional Lead
Location  :     Lake Mary, FL  


Description:
Skills:
1.    Customer Facing
2.    Self Starters – Require minimal supervision once the knowledge transition is complete
3.    Need for strong PeopleTools and PeopleCode developers with basic CRM PeopleSoft knowledge, with focus on SFA and Order Capture modules
4.    PeopleTools 8.5x strong skills in:
1.    PeopleCode
2.    Application Designer environment
3.    Complex SQL (PL/SQL, T-SQL, DTS)
4.    Application Engine
5.    Process Scheduler
6.    Configuration (360 view; Data Set Rules for Searches)
7.    Working experience with Integration Broker
5.    Functional Modules – PeopleSoft CRM 8.9.x / 9.1x
1.    Working experience with Territory management
2.    SFA modules (Contacts, Accounts, Opportunities, Activities, Order Capture) as well as Case Management
6.    Good working knowledge of PeopleSoft data model
7.    Good knowledge of PeopleSoft architecture (average knowledge required)
8.    Familiarity with Oracle and SQL Server databases
9.    Familiarity with Unix/Linux operating systems
10.    Testing experience
11.    Code migration experience
12.    Minimum of 3 full lifecycle PSFT CRM implementations
13.    Excellent problem solving skills
14.    Good documentation skills
