Description:

Responsible for independently leading overall design of the enterprise solution architecture, across multiple processes and technology domains. The role is a leadership role, that involves deep knowledge and understanding of SAP functional capabilities as well as business processes. Excellent facilitation and communication skills are essential for this role. Solution architecture experience is preferred.

·         Analyze the existing SAP implementation ( ongoing) review HW, sizing, applications and business requirements

·         Develop road maps describing the evolution of all enterprise solution portfolios from current state to future state.

·         Analyze SAP technology industry and market trends, and determine their potential impact on the enterprise.

·         Leads the process of defining the requirements, principles and models to guide all solution decisions for the SAP enterprise.

·         Work closely with the enterprise program management office (EPMO) or project office to ensure alignment of plans (including migration plans and road maps) with what is being delivered (projects).

10 or more years of experience in ERP, with a minimum of five years of hands-on SAP design and implementation experience, with knowledge in the following Suites:

·        Financials

·        HCM

·         Public Sector preferred

·         Project solution architecture experience

·         Excellent interpersonal skills in areas such as teamwork, facilitation and negotiation

·         Strong leadership skills

·         Excellent analytical and technical skills

·         Strong written and verbal communication skills

·         Excellent planning and organizational skills

·         Ability to understand the long-term ("big picture") and short-term perspectives of situations

·         Ability to translate business needs into solution architecture requirements
