Ability to work on-site
• Hands on experience with SharePoint 2010
o Solid understanding of all SharePoint features ?out of the box? ? how to use and customize them, as well as tools such as SharePoint Designer, InfoPath 2010 and Visual Studio 2010.
• Deep knowledge of SharePoint 2010
o Including but not limited to: Lists, Libraries, Reporting, Workflow, Search
• Understanding of the development of InfoPath Forms 2010 and advanced workflow solutions (including deployment of solution)
• Mentor others on SharePoint, SharePoint Designer, and InfoPath
• Ability to take requirements and architect solutions within SharePoint
• Experience programming with the SharePoint object model
o List, Libraries, Reports/Dashboards, Developing custom workflow, timed events such as E-mail notifications
