Note: we are looking for candidates who have worked on website development using .net; not on applications within an enterprise.
DESCRIPTION:
The Web Developer (.NET) will design application components to meet corporate and project objectives in an Agile/SCRUM environment.
The Web Developer will migrate applications throughout the development cycle (development, test, stage, production), support enhancements and bug fixes following proper scheduling and prioritization guidelines, and perform internal QA checks to insure high quality deliverables.
HIGHLY PREFERRED SKILL SETS:
Testability and quality when developing code
Curiousity about software development
Constantly improving their craft
Comprehension of .NET and Web Development
KNOWLEDGE SKILLS & ABILITIES:
• No Share Point
• Excellent skills in WCF, MVC 3.0 and RESTful services.
• Excellent understanding of software development methodologies including Agile / SCRUM.
• Strong problem solving and decision making skills.
• Strong focus on creating high quality deliverables.
• Accuracy and strict adherance to deadlines.
• Focus on continual process improvement.
• Able to bring multiple, concurrent projects to successful completion.
• Easily adapts to changing priorities.
EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION & QUALIFICATION:
• 4 - 8 years of Applications Development Experience.
• Mastery of ASP.net 4.0 and C#.
• BACHELOR'S degree in COMPUTER SCIENCE OR ENGINEERING is required.
• INDIAN CANDIDATES: has to be IIT, REC, CHENNAR< BANGALORE or N.W.E. INDIAN UNIVERSITIES
