Technical Skills: Web Services (standards and Security),Spring Framework, EJB, RDz 8.0.1, Log4J, J2EE, DB2/JDBC

• State Applications Development Experience
• Experience with performing code review & assessment and documentation of the findings.
• Knowledge of Rational ClearCase, ClearQuest and Requisite Pro
• Rational Functional Tester, Performance Tester
• Agile methodology
• Have Knowledge about Ant
• Exposure to WebSphere Application Server (WAS 7.0)
• Manage risks and issues with assigned tasks and is responsible for ensuring actions are taken to identify and mitigate risks and resolve issues or that they are identified in a timely manner to the project manager for resolution.
• Responsible for assisting with the implementation and configuration of the Client's web site in each web server region and providing support for maintaining each web server region.
• Responsible for coordinating the transition of the application from a development status to production and maintenance support function.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Self-motivated.
