Data Warehouse with Strong PL/SQL


Job Description:

This position will be part of the centralized Mortgage Banking Technology MIS group and will be responsible for managing all Data. Responsibilities will include analysis, design, development and maintenance of data processes in an Oracle data warehouse for all production data. You will be responsible for the accuracy, timeliness and reliability of this data. Position will be key contributor in long term strategic plans for infrastructure on creating a centralized data platform.

Requirements:

Bachelor in MIS, Computer Science, Statistics, Finance, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of prior experience in working with relational databases.
Strong PL/SQL skills, Should have 3+ years experience.
Minimum of 3 Years of experience in working with a Data Warehouse environment.
Strong SQL skills and the ability to optimize the SQL queries, Should have 3+ years experience.
Drive to automate process and procedures which are manual.
Ability to visualize common flexible solutions when the business objectives are conflicting.
Familiarity with Toad.
Ability to perform data analysis, troubleshoot data integrity issues and trend data analysis.
Candidate will possess strong communication, verbal and written, business insight, and open to rapidly changing project scopes, organized and able to manage multiple responsibilities.
Attention to detail is a must.
Ability to work in a team environment and interact with all levels of management.
An understanding of Business Intelligence concepts including Dashboards, and the data requirements of senior executives
Knowledge of the Mortgage Industry
Additional programming experience such as APEX, Discoverer, Portal, HTML a plus.
